Return Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. At The Kids Bedroom Company, we want you to be happy with your products and to received the service you deserve. As a result, we will accept returns of unwanted goods, in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition within 60 days. To return your items, please contact us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. We will arrange for return freight and your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the goods.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We cannot accept the return of hair accessories - hair garlands, clips, headbands or hair ties for hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns of personalised goods.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

If the goods are received damaged then we will offer you a full refund or if you prefer an alternative product. In such as case please contact us by phone on 0203 2803046 in the first instance. Please note that you must notify us of the damage by telephone within 24 hours of accepting delivery. We are unable to entertain any claim for damaged goods after this time period. This is a condition imposed by our carriers.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.


All products sold by The Kids Bedroom Company come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your order or a product, simply return it to us within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Products should be in their original unit packaging and resaleable condition. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Need to return an item?

Please email us at – we will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. If the goods are faulty or damaged, (we may require a photograph of any damage), we will arrange return delivery of your item, either picked up from your house or at a convenient drop off point for you.
